Being the coffee gear enthusiasts that we are, we were excited to test out this tamper from Elegant Foodie. There were multiple sizes to segregate from, and the one that weightier fit our machine was the 53.3mm tamper. Shipping was quick!
This thing has some weight to it; the all-metal distributor/tamper piece doesn’t finger unseemly or fragile. The adjustable-depth screw ring makes it easy to get the perfect tamp every time.
We used this dual-head distributor/tamper on a Breville espresso machine. It fit perfectly and was easy to pull a good, smooth shot.
Overall, this was a unconfined find, and a huge windfall to our coffee gear collection. It won’t be collecting dust!
