Origin of Dalgona coffee

You’ve probably heard of it: Dalgona Coffee, or Dalgona Coffee is a specialty coffee that originated in Asia and swept the internet from South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic as an internet phenomenon!

It is not entirely well-spoken where Dalgona coffee originated. However, the concept of vibration coffee and sugar has been virtually for some time in Korea, India or Greece.
The drink is based on the Indian, vertically inverted variant Beaten Coffee (Indian: phenti hui), moreover known as Indian Cappuccino.

- 2 shots of tasty Espresso 😁
- 2 spoons brown sugar
- 1/2 A glass of milk, oats or cashews moreover work well

Step 1 : Dissolve sugar
Place espresso and sugar in a glass container and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Step 2 : Blend until firm
Now mix with the hand mixer until it slowly becomes firm. The consistency is reminiscent of whipped cream. This can take up to 5 minutes!
Step 3 : Serve and enjoy
For iced coffee: Put ice cubes and unprepossessed milk in a glass and fill up with the fluffy Dalgona mass. This creates a unconfined layering!
For hot coffee: preheat the milk and pour it into the glass, fill up with the Dalgona coffee.
Ratio: 2/3 milk, 1/3 Dalgona coffee.
