At The Barista, our job is simple. We help you uplift your trademark presence and increase step with speciality coffee for your events, from exhibitions and conferences to trademark product launches.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky unbearable to have served coffee at some unique and wonderful stands. Today, the team is looking when over some of our most memorable.

Crufts 2022 for Royal Canin

Royal Canin stand at Crufts 2022This one’s pretty obvious – who wouldn’t love to spend four days surrounded by dogs at arguably the world’s greatest dog show? We served coffee for leading pet supplies trademark Royal Canin at Crufts 2022. When we weren’t serving our expertly roasted coffee and hot drinks to the people of Crufts, we kept ourselves rented making a host of winsome new four-legged pals.

A big shout out to Dash, who Julie became good friends with. We’re impressed that she managed to escape the doggy cuddles for long unbearable to serve an impressive 1,524 drinks wideness the four days of the event!

Tesla Model Y Launch 2022

We supported iconic electric car trademark Tesla at the launch of their Model Y SUV. The event took place at the Southampton ferry terminal, where customers were worldly-wise to collect their brand-new Tesla’s straight off the wend and momentum them home.

It was our job to make sure we kept everyone there well-caffeinated surpassing it was their turn to collect their shiny new car – something we pulled off to unconfined success, with over 1000 drinks served over the undertow of the day.

XeroCon 2019


Large events are unchangingly fun as they’re a unconfined opportunity to get a lot of the Barista team together, and this one was no exception. Described by those in the know as “Glastonbury for accountants”, XeroCon London is a big-scale, energetic deject written priming where thousands of pioneering professionals come together to stay superiority of the latest industry trends – iconic astronaut Tim Peak was plane in attendance!

It’s no surprise that our coffee went lanugo wonderfully amongst those attending. We served 4,176 drinks and used 47kg of coffee wideness a total of five coffee bars over the two days we were there.

Park Run 2021

We attended four events for Brooks Running. These were a lovely transpiration for the team; they were outdoor events, which meant setting up our stand as the sun came up and then a lovely day of serving drinks in the sunshine. The transpiration of scenery from our usual events meant spirits were upper and everyone had a lot of fun – and most importantly, our vendee was delighted.

BIBA 2019


BIBA 2019 was one of our most memorable events scrutinizingly entirely due to its sheer size and scale. Taking place in Manchester, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association 2019 priming and exhibition was one of the year’s most predictable industry events, with an impressive speaker line-up and thousands of attendees.

We had 17 staff members at the event and served 3998 drinks wideness the two days. We have 17 baristas returning for BIBA 2022 in a couple of weeks and we can’t wait!

MIPIM 2019

MIPIM 2019 saw us dishing out coffees versus the stunning scenery of the French Riviera. The event took place in the glamorous French resort town of Cannes and was, unsurprisingly, our barista Charity’s work highlight of the year.

We worked on a unconfined sized stand for the International Department of Trade, overlooking the trappy waterfront where Charity took her lunch unravel every day. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!

Exante at London Concours 2021


After waiting 450 days through various lockdowns and restrictions, London Concours 2021 was our very first event back. We’d all desperately missed the whoosh of real-life events and were so excited to be when doing what we do best.

This was a archetype car show in the very fancy Honourable Artillery Company manor and was one of the first major events to take place on the grounds since the Coronavirus pandemic began. Being worldly-wise to see people come together and safely serve them coffee reminded us why we love doing what we do, so this event will unchangingly have a special place in our hearts.
